DESCRIPTION

Are you a natural sales talent, able to develop new business in a corporate market in Belgium? Do you have a broad network in marketing? And do you understand the challenges of marketing decision makers? Then this permanent vacancy in our fast-growing company, specialised in consulting & interim management in marketing & sales, might be you next challenge! You'll be part of a small sales team of 4 ambitious persons. Reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: hunt & acquire new customers and new assignments in consulting & interim in marketing & sales in the top 1500 segment in Belgium
  • Account management: manage the accounts that you acquire, build great relationships, build thrust an increase the turnover of your customers; keep you customers satisfied
  • Consultants' relations: stay in close contact with the consultants working on the assignments of your customers; keep them satisfied and offer them a listening ear for all their "on the job" needs; build good relations and thrust with the consultants
  • Reporting: keep CRM continuously up-to-date; document accounts, contacts and activities; participate in the weekly sales meetings
  • Participation: participate in regular internal events and trainings
  • Strategy: contribute to the yearly business plan, develop your yearly sales plan and participate at the quarterly business reviews

Experience:

  • at least 5 years of sales experience in the B2B corporate market
  • experience with new business development
  • experience with account management
  • experience in staffing solutions, interim management or consulting is an asset

Competencies:

  • hunting & closing new deals gives you energy
  • able to understand the challenges of marketing decision makers, with a very good knowledge of marketing
  • broad network in marketing in the corporate market
  • driven by results & excellence
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • very good knowledge Dutch, French & English (ability to have business conversations & good writing skills in Dutch, English & French)
